Sometimes you see things in the most unexpected places. I was doing a little work around my house yesterday and caught a glimpse of this little guy. I pulled out my macro lens and popped a few pictures as he clung to the side of a garbage can. Enjoy!

Today’s image is of an interesting stairway that was in a bed and breakfast that my wife and I stayed at last summer on a trip to Virginia. The image was taken using exposure bracketing. But it’s just a door! Sometimes the details are more interesting than the scene as a whole. The image I selected for today was taken as I walked the streets of Charleston, SC. The town is rich with history and architecture. This door caught my eye and I had to take the picture.
