It is fitting that the first picture of the day that features a person be that of my best friend, life companion and wife. For years she put up with my photography on vacations and just about everywhere we went. Finally I bought her a camera and she now shares my enthusiasm for photography. She also has quite a good eye!

The image below was from our 2007 trip out west to celebrate our 20 anniversary. It was taken somewhere along the trail at Fisher Towers in Utah.
