Guardians of Animals Raffle Photoshoot
Last Thursday I received a nearly simultaneous text and email from a volunteer for the non-profit organization
Guardians of Animals. They were going to raffle a brand new Ford Shelby 500 GT KR to raise funds for their organization and needed images for their website and brochures. I always enjoys donating my time to causes that I believe in and after reading about Guardians of Animals I was definitely in. Of course it didn’t hurt that I was going to be shooting a hot car, which by now, those who know me, will tell you that will get my attention faster than most anything. Did I mention that there was a beautiful model there too?
The shoot was held at
Huntersville Ford, who is supplying the car for the raffle. We pretty much took over their showroom for a little over an hour while taking pictures of the car. It was a bit challenging because of the location but I’m happy with the results. Raffle tickets for the Mustang will be available soon through the
Guardians of Animals website and will be $50. I’ll definitely be buying a few for a shot at this incredible car! Currently they are raffling a 2008 Ford F-150 with tickets costing $20.
I would like to thank Jessica, a volunteer for Guardians of Animals for bringing this organization to my attention and for thinking enough of my work to ask me to shoot this for them. Thanks also to
Yildiz Toy for doing Jessica’s makeup on short notice and to Huntersville Ford for letting us disrupt their afternoon.
Enjoy the images
