The second day of my father’s trip in 1940 found him in the badlands of South Dakota. Please enjoy some more incredible imagery from his travels. I especially like his image and description of Vivian, SD. It would be interesting to try to re-trace the route that he took and see how things have changed in the 70 plus years since these images were taken. I think I’ll put that on the bucket list.
